Hospitality   

 

The hospitality chairperson(s) shall arrange refreshments for the Quilt of Valor presentation in November.  They will also make arrangements for the annual luncheon held in June.  Kim Nixon and Jean Hall are our Hospitality Chair and Co-chair for 2024 - 2026.

The September Meeting the Guild and voted unanimously that the June Luncheon will be held on Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm on June 11, 2025.   Deadline for Reservations is May 25, 2025.  Due to switching from a luncheon to a dinner the costs have increased significantly.  Here is a link to the venue https://frankgsplace.com/.​
